ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Verify the signer and the documents that are provided using audio-visual technology.
Review and verify the signer's identity according to the applicable commissioning state's requirements.
Notarize and record documents using approved audio-visual and online technology.
Refer all questions or concerns to Escrow Officers. This position will not offer advice on processes or procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST be a U.S. citizen.
High School diploma or equivalent
Notary Public
Must have a valid Driver's License
1 year of related experience reviewing and notarizing documents.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Possess basic real estate/escrow/title terminology.
Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of department/field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAYMENT: $125.00 to $200.00per loan signing appointment
