Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Support Associate for the PGIM Investments Inbound Sales Desk.  The primary role of the PGIM Investments Inbound Sales Desk is to service all calls to our 800 sales desk number from Financial Professionals selling Prudential Investments Mutual Funds and Managed Accounts. The Inbound Associate must achieve and maintain an expert knowledge of the Prudential Investments product line and the Mutual Fund Industry.

This entails proficiency with various forms of communications and service including but not limited to;

  • Handling all inbound Product and Sales calls

  • Communicating with Financial Professionals through letters and email

  • Handling special projects as assigned within Desk

  • Attending various sales meetings and training sessions

  • Maintenance of PC based contact management system

  • Running analytics and historical illustrations

  • Placing orders for marketing materials

  • Generate and distribute sales leads to the wholesalers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, dependability, and a high level of motivation.  

  • Excellent organizational skills and superior proofreading capabilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.

  • Superior proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.  

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Active Series 6 preferred OR Series 7, 63 or 66 AND resident state insurance all required within 90 days of hire
