This is a Contract-to-Hire role with Software organization based in Indianapolis You will be responsible for translating business needs into application software requirements for SaaS solutions. Requirements include:
- Strong analytical skills to identify requirements, seeking in depth understanding and clarity for best delivery outcomes
- Translate requirements into clear documentation for Scrum teams to deliver software solutions
- Work with development teams throughout the SDLC to ensure alignment to client needs, acting as an advocate along the way.
- Work with clients directly, in conjunction with internal leadership, to capture needs and consult through technical challenges
- Understanding of software development, tools, and constraints to properly manage client expectations
- Demo software with clients for live feedback
- Experience working with SQL Databases and using SQL queries is a plus
