Adswerve is looking for an Adobe Account Executive to join the Account Management department and growing Adobe team! This position will work as an assigned liaison to our direct marketer accounts with an Adobe focus. This position will proactively monitor a portfolio of clients to provide strategic guidance on how to best leverage Adobe products as well as our consultative services in order to achieve the desired campaign, business, and/or project objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing products with industry best practices in order to assist clients with understanding project timelines and expectations. Adobe Account Executives will also assist with projects that include: coordinating and leading business pitches and business reviews, supporting the scoping of custom solutions among internal department stakeholders, mitigating client concerns, and ultimately serving as the liaison between the client and the internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain successful client relationships by proactively meeting with clients on a regular basis and partnering with internal Services teams to provide insights, updates, or check-in on client needs
  • Maintain an active understanding of client business objectives and utilized products (beyond Adswerve) in order to provide counsel to client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Set and maintain client expectations as it relates to projects and consulting timelines (light project management)
  • Mitigate and manage non-technical questions and/or concerns between internal and client teams
  • Be an advocate for Adswerve services and the Adobe stack
  • Strategize with DoAM (Manager) to prioritize a client portfolio with the goal of supporting client goals and enhancing the client's usage of Adswerve platforms and services
  • Prepare and lead client presentations and calls including, but not limited to: pitches, industry updates, business reviews (in collaboration with Sales, Services, and/or Support as needed)
  • Lead and cultivate Adswerve partner relationships as they correspond to a dedicated book of business
  • Manage services contracts to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Proactively identify and act upon account and project growth opportunities and renewals; draft proposals and contracts that outline the scope, budget and timelines for new projects
  • Document key client communications, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce
  • Assist Finance with context on overdue invoices and future project plans

Experience
  • 3+ years of experience within Adtech working directly with clients
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience managing multiple workflows and/or projects
  • Experience with projects or clients that leverage Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, or a combination) is ideal
  • Experience with other digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is preferred
  • Experience working with a DSP, Ad Server, Analytics and/or Search Platform
  • Experience retaining and growing client relationships through creative and strategic recommendations
  • Ability to maintain poise, confidence, and professional disposition in high-pressure situations
  • Outstanding organizational and presentation skills, and ability to provide exemplary customer service

This position pays a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Wage differential is based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience.
