We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. #WeAreLilly Organizational Overview: The Indy Device Manufacturing (IDM) Asset Delivery Team is a part of the IDM Engineering function. The Asset Delivery Team is responsible for the delivery of major capital and local capital assets externally to contract manufacturers or internally to Lilly sites. The team consists of program and project managers that are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, design, construction, and delivery phases of asset delivery. Responsibilities: Health, Safety and Environmental - The Project Manager is accountable for the safety of the Project Team and those who are involved with asset delivery. This includes but not limited to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) plans, metrics, driving an HSE mindset into the project team and being a leading example for HSE. Project Quality - The Project Manager is accountable for the quality of the asset being delivered. The asset/system must function according to the User Requirements (URs) and must be reliable. Project Execution and Governance - The Project Manager will be required to create and implement a communications plan, resource tracking, weekly/monthly/quarterly project metrics, presentations, etc throughout the project. Project close-out and capitalization is also part of the PMs responsibilities.
