Remote Travel Agent

Stargazer Deluxe Travel is seeking a Travel Specialist This is an entry-level position. No experience is required. We provide all training and certifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collect customer information
Ask questions to help create an itinerary that fits the client's needs
Secure record keeping
Process payments
Follow proper procedure for collecting payment information
Participate in ongoing training
Stay up to date on the latest travel information

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States
Must have reliable internet or wifi access
Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
Must be able to follow directions
Must have good communication skills
Must be a self-starter
Must have a positive attitude
