An electronics manufacturer is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Technical Support Product Expert.
Must be able to:
Engage customers via phone and email to resolve customer issues
Solve problems for customers when an order, transaction, or experience doesn't go as planned
Develop a thorough knowledge of our online platform
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Experience within a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills including software technical support supporting software platforms
Experience with Hubspot, Jira, and Salesforce
Experience in PCB design or manufacturing
