POSITION OVERVIEW: The Executive Account Manager II is responsible for managing an array of accounts, developing long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and continued growth for existing accounts. The Executive Account Manager II will become the primary owner of the day to day account management responsibilities that include all service, product and pricing needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILIITIES:
Manage new account transition after initial implementation and promote subsequent growth
Frequent interaction with assigned clients, including but not limited to managing their products, proposals, technology needs and more, with prompt follow-up on client requests
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the client
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting co-worker and client relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
Liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders through structured service reviews
Forecast and track key account metrics to develop and oversee client retention campaigns; learn and recognize triggers based on client behavior and engage with clients who request to terminate or downgrade service
Identify and grow opportunities within account and collaborate with Sales Department to ensure growth attainment for assigned accounts
Assist with all client issues and provide escalation, as needed
Manage year-end pricing changes and contract renewals

Job responsibilities are subject to change to align with business goals and are not intended to be all inclusive
Work onsite in Idaho between hours of 8:00 am - 6:30 pm Monday thru Friday - shifts may vary within these operational hours
Minimal Travel Required

ABILITIES REQUIRED:
2+ years of account management or relevant work experience with problem-solving skills
Experienced in most Microsoft Applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Sales-oriented professional who values productivity and client engagement
Competent in delivering client-focused solutions, based on client needs
Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Manage multiple tasks, while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
Detail orientated with low error levels, while working under pressure
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (particularly in related field) or equivalent work experience
