Description:The Edge Processing Center of Excellence is looking for an experienced certified principal engineer (CPE) to oversee the design, development, test and integration of digital electronics systems.
Digital products include digital processing, software defined radio, command & data handling, controls & avionics, and any other digital systems that are utilized on Lockheed Martin space or missile systems.
The critical skills utilized in this role will include experience in FPGA and/or ASIC design, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design, Embedded Software, FPGA Gateware, Systems Engineering/Requirements Management, Systems Integration & Test, Guidance Navigation & Control, and Electrical Engineering.
The CPE role is a critical one that will build your skills and knowledge in technical disciplines required to design and realize a complex digital product. At the same time, you will leverage technical leadership principles to ensure that your team is successful in ensuring that the delivered product meets all customer specifications and meets or exceeds the needs of our customers.
