This position maintains standards for the Project Management Team and regularly meets with the Chief Operating Officer to report on achievements, obstacles, resources, project statuses, and risk management. This position must facilitate a positive, dynamic, collaborative, and inspiring team environment where expectations are clear, and individuals are held accountable. They also serve as the Executive Account Manager on key projects that are critical to the success of the company. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESPROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM RESPONSIBILITIESProvides leadership and support to Project Managers with their projects' day-to-day requirements, priorities, and decisions, addresses changing needs and ensuring all issues are communicated to the Leadership Team.Manages contracts for existing clients, change orders, addendums, and payment schedules with final review by Chief Operating Officer. Advises the COO in the implementation of consistent practices across Project Management. Dedication to staff development, spending significant time working with staff on professional development plans and providing on-the-job training opportunities. Leads the creation, coordination, and communication of the total project portfolio schedule for the Company. Supports Project Managers in communication to Clients on all projects in portfolio through efficient and effective management of client needs, budget, schedule, and any conflicts therein.Use independent judgment to recommend departmental and project objectives, evaluate new approaches to problem solving, and assess changing facts or conditions.LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborates with Department Directors to develop, and manage company capacity planning & resource management Support the executives and project managers through the process, and partner with finance on related budgeting and risk management.Develops projects budgets in tandem with COO during proposal phase Supports COO in overall financial tracking, including invoicing, revenue recognition, forecasting, expense report monitoring, and other reporting and analysis required to meet Company financial Ability to develop interpersonal relationships that encourage openness, candor, and trust, both internally and outside of the organization.Manages implementation of contract milestones, schedules, and timelines.
