Jeffers is looking for reliable and professional minded individuals to add to our team! We are currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative. In-person interviews will be held on July 5th-8th.
Our Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for taking our business relationships with our phone customers to the next level. Inside sales representatives are based out of Dothan, AL and are only expected to travel in the event of a trade show. These team members answer incoming calls and assist with customer orders as well as soliciting business from warm leads lists. These lists are comprised of past customers that don't currently have sales reps. We always encourage our sales reps to find potential new clients to nurture as well!
Responsibilities
- Take an active approach to learning about the products available at Jeffers to offer to your customers
- Use product knowledge to offer education on use to your customers
- Utilize lead lists to contact past customers and rekindle a relationship
- Maintain a regular relationship with your clients for consistent recurring business
- Operate our computer systems and execute customer transactions efficiently. Fully understand order functions to ensure total price, tax, and shipping and handling charges are entered accurately.
- Contacting current clients via phone, e-mail, and fax
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Courteous communication with pet owners
- Professional communication with veterinarians and business contacts
- Collaborate with the team to understand, support and achieve established goals and objectives.
- Adhere to assigned work schedule, policies and procedures

Pay: $14.00 per hour while training. Base + Commission after client base is established
