Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future.


This position is located in Chandler, AZ.


The Manager is responsible for the functional supervision of a diverse team of 12+ systems administrators, network engineers, and desktop support technicians that sustain the infrastructure of several operational divisions of our Space Systems Sector at this facility.



  • Responsibilities will include interfacing with Enterprise Services program management, sector senior staff, and program management;

  • working closely and collaborating with the Security organization team; effectively interacting with other members of the Classified IT support team to optimize strategies in support of the customer's goals and objectives;

  • plan, execute, and report on several organizational metrics designed to insure compliance with Government regulations to include RMF, JSIG, and other compliance requirements;


provide functional leadership with staffing vacant positions and insure challenging assignments and opportunities.


Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree relevant discipline preferred from an accredited university and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree and 3 years of related experience, or 0 years of experience with a PhD.

  • Must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a Top Secret security clearance as a condition of continued employment

  • Strong leadership experience.

  • Confident and willing to take on workplace challenges.

  • Customer-focused with proven leadership and excellent communication skills

  • Experience with project management.

  • The ability to lift 40 pounds.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and available to work overtime.

  • Must be able to work onsite full time.


Preferred Qualifications :



  • Current top Secret security clearance.

  • Experience with Certification & Accreditation process.

  • Security+ CE, CISSP, or equivalent

  • Master's degree in related field.

  • Project Management Professional certification


Salary Range : $123,900 USD - $185,900 USD


Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.


Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
