What would I do at Litmus?



Our People Ops team is growing and we're looking for our next Senior People Business Partner. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you must be both strategic and hands-on, motivated by the challenge to build culture and approaches at scale, and dedicated to creating customer-centric People Ops solutions that underpin our people-first culture. Keys to success in this role include a commitment to forging strong partnerships, continually improving our processes, and strengthening our team.



On any given day you might:



  • Lead day-to-day People Ops activities for specific client groups, including performance management, team member relations, corporate policies/programs/procedures, program management, etc.

  • Thoughtfully partner with clients and business stakeholders to progress organizational health and run point on key talent initiatives to help us achieve our business goals

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the larger People Ops team to support actions and programs

  • Communicate and enforce Litmus's values in compliance with all legal and organizational requirements, standards, and procedures

  • Take an equitable, inclusive, and diverse lens across all of our how we operate as an organization and a talent function, and actively foster a culture of inclusion and belonging


What is Litmus looking for in a candidate?



  • A seasoned People Business Partner (/HRBP) with proven success in dynamic, remote-first environments; experience supporting Engineering/Product/Finance teams a plus!

  • Solid practical knowledge of disciplines such as: talent management disciplines, such as: performance and talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, succession planning, and/or talent analytics

  • A strong track record of executive coaching and developing people managers

  • Phenomenal communicator with an ability to tailor your messaging depending on function, seniority, and urgency

  • You're a trust builder, known for your emotional intelligence and integrity when handling sensitive, confidential information

  • You have innate curiosity and a penchant for problem-solving both the obvious and ambiguous
