Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- working on several projects at a time, primarily within the healthcare/hospital sector
- managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork and compliance
- serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and general contractor
- reporting to the Vice President of Project Management

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager has:
- at least 7 years of construction project management experience
- prior experience from a general contractor, OPM firm, or architect
- a background building projects over $10 million in value (preferably within the life science and hospital sectors)
- communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
- a Bachelor's Degree

- base salary up to $140,000
