Our Airborne Multi-Mode Radar Engineering Team has an immediate opportunity for an IV&V Systems Engineer on Maritime Radar program. The Systems Engineer will perform the verification of requirements including hands-on site integration and validation.
Clearance Requirement: Must have an active Secret Security Clearance, US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years technical experience with radar systems/software engineering and test
- Radar signal processing techniques, mathematical algorithms, and analytic techniques
- Experience performing system level troubleshooting
- Integration and test experience in a hardware/software laboratory environment
- Ability to evaluate and understand hardware, software, and firmware functions and issues
- Hardware and software integration of real-time complex systems
- Radar hardware/software concepts, RF systems, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge in developing and using MATLAB tools for data analysis
Desired Skills:
- Maritime radar experience
- Experience with DOORS
- Understanding of RTX engineering, quality, and EVMS processes
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Technology, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience - OR
- Advanced Degree in Engineering, Physics, Technology, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience
