Sr engagement remote
The Engagement Manager (EM) is an integral part of the team who engages with clients directly and often as their first point of contact.
The objective of the EM is to efficiently and effectively plan and coordinate projects and successfully implement the assigned product(s) at client sites, including pre-installation assessment, business, and systems analysis as required, hardware and software installation scheduling, as well as post-installation implementation assessment.
The Engagement Manager (EM)will also take on additional responsibilities within Integration Services, including but not limited to mentoring, product management, and product marketing, and will be significantly involved in the pre-sales process.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the overall success and client satisfaction with Integration Services projects and will be responsible for a portfolio of clients.
- Help clients to plan the implementation projects, including setting up engagements and planning sessions with key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are initiated promptly, reflecting the client’s expectations.
- Track the performance of projects to meet expectations and timelines, as well as manage risks and any issues the projects may encounter.
- Curate product enhancement requests received from clients, manage the process of review with the Product organization, and coordinate responses to clients.
What The Role Requires
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Windows Server and Document Manage Systems such as iManage, and NetDocuments.
- Proficient knowledge of HTML and XML
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources.
- Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including listening carefully and influencing and networking with a broad spectrum of internal colleagues and external clients.
- Problem-solving skills Engagement Managers must find solutions and liaise with team members to quickly mitigate challenges so they don’t affect project outcomes.
