You will:
- Be responsible for the configuration of enterprise software and solutions
- Design and document new configs and solutions
- Create and maintain user requirements and config specs for implementing customers
- Be the product config and domain expert in all sales cycles by demonstrating the product to prospects and customers
- Work with the sales team on requirements gathering and software configs for demos and respond to functional/ technical questions
- Be the liaison between the sales, operations, and product teams
- Create and script product and solution demos
- Evangelize the vision for our product through multiple mediums including but not limited to: demos, webinars, seminars, and conferences
What You Need for this Position- Be responsible for the configuration of enterprise software and solutions

- 3+ years of experience
- Solutions Consulting/ software product configuration
- Life Sciences, eTMF, clinical operations, regulatory, quality, or Content Management / APIs and integration expert
- B2B Web Applications
- Experience implementing new software and configs (change management and rollouts to large enterprise organizations)
- Knowledge of current tech, tools, and techniques for data and system integration
Bonus points for experience with:
- SaaS and cloud-based technology and business models
- Mobile apps
- Salesforce
