Introduction to the team
The Experienced Consulting Recruiting team executes their responsibilities in accordance with firm policy, providing proactive insight, guidance and support to the firm's partner group and employees, helping to make Moss Adams an employer of choice. The Experienced Consulting Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the entire Experienced Consulting Recruiting team with staffing needs for assurance, tax, and consulting.

Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with recruiters to facilitate the [Campus/Experienced Hire] recruiting process Interact directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process
Create interview itineraries, facilitate travel, and coordinate debrief meetings with interview teams
Monitor the applicant tracking system and provide candidate management support to ensure quality data is maintained and compliance requirements are met
Source candidates and review resumes when necessary
Post external job descriptions to select job boards and various career sites
Prepare and send correspondence to candidates during the recruitment process
Support the candidate background check process, as needed
Schedule, coordinate, and assist with planning efforts for various meetings, programs, and events
Attend recruiting meetings as requested for specific hiring needs
Additional responsibilities and ad hoc projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in recruiting in a professional services environment preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels within the firm
Experience with recruiting systems/tools (e.g.Taleo, Linkedin) preferred
Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
Ability to work collaboratively on teams and on an individual level
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
May require some overtime hours

This is the typical range of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience and skillset. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation Range (Denver Market ONLY): $52,000-$59,000
