Essential Functions:
  • Lead and develop a highly productive sales team to achieve sales and financial objectives plans by management/mentoring/coaching Sales Representatives.
  • Lead Sales Process (diagnostics, sales strategy, adoption, execution, and evaluation) to create ongoing improvement in sales execution with sales representatives. Conduct joint sales calls to provide continual in person coaching and mentoring and developing effective sales techniques.
  • Execution of agreed upon state strategies and action plans to meet or exceed the annual sales plan and financial objectives. Such strategies include, but are not limited to types of agents, new appointments, volume requirements and tracking from agents, mix of business needs, product and technology differentiation needs. Focus on creating strong Principals, Producers and CSR preference for our products.
  • Point of contact and business development for multi-state Agent networks and clusters.
  • Provide collaborative focus and approach between underwriting, product and claims.
  • Work closely with product leaders to develop and drive sales plans and strategies, new products, coverages and service offerings to provide differentiation and market advantage.
  • Utilizes sales/marketing skills to effectively drive market penetration and grow new business opportunities within multistate markets.
  • Monitor for compliance of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Leads agency review process to increase performance within a geographic territory.
  • Develop monitoring and reporting practices supporting segment and regional sales metric evaluation.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of systems in the agent's offices that are intuitive with irreducible minimum of key strokes as well as best in class self-management capabilities that lower acquisition costs through improved net/net service costs to agents.
  • Provides market intelligence and analysis, identify and implement Go Deep plans for PL segments. This requires a blend of data driven and judgment driven expertise.
  • Develop segment specific sales best practices and export to all sales territories.
  • Lead our Voice of the Customer program to coordinate efforts around analyzing market trends to keep our systems, processes and approaches positioning the company to be the consistently top market in the agent's office.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures.
Education:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience:

4-7 years of Personal Lines Sales experience preferred

4+ years of Leadership experience preferred

Salary Range:

$130,600 - $195,800

*The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee's work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.*

Additional Information:

This position is a full time salaried, exempt (non overtime eligible) position.
