  • You will also develop strategies to develop strong client relationships.

  • We ll provide you with a training program to give you the sales and recruiting tools you need to succeed.
  • Prior recruiting or sales experience is not required but is helpful.
  • As an Executive Recruiter, you ll interview, screen and develop a dialogue with high level finance candidates to determine their skill sets and get to know their individual characteristics.
  • Then you ll work closely with your client base to find opportunities that match your candidates skills, experience, knowledge and personalities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
