Oklahoma's Credit Union of Oklahoma City is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Financial Sales Representative who is passionate about our mission: Helping Oklahomans Do More with Their Money. This representative will call current and prospective members to strengthen relationships and develop new business while recommending helpful credit union products and services.

This is a full-time Financial Sales Representative position that earns a base salary plus an uncapped incentive plan, along with excellent full-time benefits that include:

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FINANCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Financial Sales Representative, you will contact current and potential members as an OKCU ambassador to strengthen relationships and develop new business while providing outstanding service. You will have a standing desk, spacious breakroom, happy coworkers and comfortable work environment at the Quail Springs Branch.

With your drive to produce results in a fast-paced environment you'll have the opportunity to reach new levels in your career. Being goal-oriented and self-motivated, you'll continually push yourself in all aspects of your job such as improving member engagement and maintaining advanced products and services knowledge. Success will come by consistently living your passion of understanding members' needs while using data to identify solutions.

With an educational and consultative approach, you will build rapport and form long-lasting relationships with members. Using your persuasive skills, you will call or message current and potential members to promote marketing offers while also working to convert warm leads, strategic database leads and other opportunities into new business.

You will become familiar with opening all types of consumer loans and related products. You will track and report approved, booked and pending applications. Using your attention to detail, you will complete documentation accurately and provide recommendations to members on financial matters when appropriate.

Most of all, your go-getter personality will love being part of the tight-knit Business Development Team and you will go home at the end of the day feeling great about the service you've provided Oklahomans and the meaningful relationships you've established.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate Degree is preferred.
  • Two years of sales experience, or similar experience in the financial service industry.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and maintain high levels of verbal and written communication.
  • Proven experience successfully building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues is a plus.

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday - Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm
  • Every other Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm

*Schedule subject to change. 40 hours per week max.
