**Primary Function**

Our Fortune 100 tech client's HQ Social Media Team is seeking a Social Media specialist to manage and coordinate the global social media request process and the social media editorial calendar for our primary corporate social media handles across Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

This team is chartered with building healthy social relationships with strategic audiences by driving engagement in service of elevating brand reputation and increasing preference. They are a smart, creative, collaborative team, that has fun and enjoy working together in a truly human way.

This individual will work directly with the Global Head of Social Media, the Corporate Social Media Manager, and the HQ Social Media Team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Work with the Corporate Social Media Strategist to execute against a comprehensive social media strategy for the priority corporate handles including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram

+ Support and facilitate the global social media request process, ensuring stakeholders complete all required information and requests are facilitated and executed by the social media content production team in a timely manner

+ Coordinate with social media handle owners across the organization to facilitate execution of social media requests

+ Support management of the corporate social media editorial calendar for the primary corporate social handles including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram

+ Work with the Corporate Social Media Manager to maintain scheduled content from the content production teams and adjust the social media editorial calendar as needed for the primary corporate handles (Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram), prioritizing content on each platform for maximum impact

+ Communicate the centralized social media editorial calendar with the regions and geos and other stakeholders as needed

**Skills & Qualifications**

+ A global operations mindset and capable of collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to bring excellence to social media

+ Highly organized and impeccable project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content pipelines with an eye for detail

+ Is comfortable working in large global teams with multiple stakeholders and project leads

+ A strong grasp of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok features and functionality, with an understanding of how to optimize and schedule social media content for maximum results on each platform

+ Has a finger on the pulse of new trends and best practices, with the ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space

+ An understanding of social media metrics and analytics, A/B testing, and how to analyze and translate results into editorial optimization that ties directly back to social strategy

+ An ability to easily and simply articulate complex ideas

**Education & Experience**

+ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

+ 1+ years' experience in social media for a global enterprise organization

+ Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience managing social media handles and processes

+ Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders

+ Experience with social listening, publishing and analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Smartsheets, Talkwalker, etc.)
