** NOTE: We are looking for candidates with prior experience partnering with executive levels across multiple business building an HR strategy for their employees.
Location: 100% Remote (anywhere in the US)
Job Summary:
The Strategic HR Expert supports the Strategic HR Director to provide strategic partnership to the executive and senior leadership team of an Area of Responsibility (AOR) or Market Facing Business (MFB) at NatGen/Allstate. This role works very closely with the Strategic HR Director, the Strategic HR Consulting and Delivery team, and other stakeholders to contribute to high-impact talent initiatives that drive business value. In partnership with the Strategic HR Director, this role actively consults on talent strategy and implications across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Through advanced business knowledge and financial acumen, strategic and systems thinking, in-depth knowledge of the employee lifecycle, and client relationships, provides evidence-based consulting on strategic talent initiatives including but not limited to: human capital planning, compensation, succession & development, Inclusive Diversity, engagement, Executive coaching, and workforce transitions.
- In partnership with the Strategic HR Consulting and Delivery team, utilizes Project/Product Management and HR subject matter expertise to contribute to or lead the delivery of talent strategies of moderate to high complexity to achieve business priorities. Ensures all projects and initiatives are explicitly linked to delivering business objectives and drive business value.
- In partnership with the People Analytics team, leverages Analytics and Benchmarking (internal/external) resources to support talent strategies and recommend action plans for complex and ambiguous problems.
- Utilizes evidence-based communication/storytelling to influence complex talent strategies by presenting data-driven recommendations for an executive audience. Ability to understand and portray both high level context and deep detail based on audience needs or preference.
- Supports change management efforts for complex AOR efforts by leading and executing complex change plans and communications as it relates to business strategy changes with associated talent implications
- Navigates effectively between the needs of the AOR and overall needs of the organization.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 7 or more years of related experience
