We are currently hiring both Entry Level and Licensed Insurance Enrollment Specialists to help the families who have requested our assistance. Armed with a full suite of simple, easy to understand programs we're able to:

  • Identify and meet client's needs with a simple, proven process.
  • Answer questions about carrier products
  • Help clients protect their families in comprehensive, budget conscious ways.
  • Give them clarity and peace of mind.
  • Build client for life relationships.
  • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.
  • Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.
  • Stay up to date on insurance regulations.
  • Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it in the field.

Requirements:

  • Disciplined work ethic and desire to succeed.
  • Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Insurance license a plus but not required***
  • Maintain Life & Health licenses required to sell products.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Excellent phone, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Computer proficiency and internet access.
