Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician for one of our top clients in the Tennessee Area

***Offering Very Competitive Pay!***

*** Remote, however one must be local to Chattanooga, Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, and north GA.***

Contract: 6+ months

Job Description:

* Triage requests by providers and/or members/members representatives for pharmacy prior authorizations, exceptions, and appeals
* Enter authorizations and test claims into the pharmacy benefit system to ensure appropriate claim adjudication
* Perform system edits, data entry, and complete tracking logs
* Assist with departmental audits and quality improvement activities
* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

* National Certification as Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
* Knowledge in Medical terminology

Schedule:

* Monday-Friday
* 9:00am – 5:30pm
