You support our team as InHealth Canada Customer Service Representative - Remote Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.Accurate data entry of sales orders and customer information in applicable software programs.Respond to incoming fax, e-mail, and mail orders for all customer types.Process and confirm orders.Answer basic province-specific health plan questionsExplain product return requirements, including restock fees.Resolve shipping delivery issues.Participate in all product and sales promotions.Supporting Customer located in Canada from the US, working Central or Eastern Time Zone Hours (working remote from a home office). Qualifications Post-secondary education an asset.Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical industry or one year in customer service.SAP order entry experience preferred. Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Quebec French.Extremely punctual, reliable, and organized.Relate well with customers; is empathetic to customers with speech deficits.Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.Work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.Knowledge of medical terminology.Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.Self-motivated to problem solve; during troubleshooting works effortlessly with the customer while obtaining information.Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customers.
