Director of Operations
Peraton is seeking a Director of Operations to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will serve as the Lead and is responsible for the overall direction and management of all activities, ensuring execution is within defined performance, cost, and schedule parameters. The Program Director serves as the lead for task order execution and is responsible for the providing direction and management of all activities, ensuring execution is within defined performance, cost, and schedule parameters. The ideal candidate shall have in-depth knowledge/expertise in support of the Department of Homeland Security and other Civilian agencies. The Program Director shall have the ability to explain technology clearly for a non-technical audience, and to synthesize information together from a variety of sources and be knowledgeable on all task order activities and interface directly with CS&PS leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
BS degree and 16-18 years’ experience or MS degree and 14+ years’ experience- Must have 15+ years relevant specialized experience in information technology sector preferably with large scale information technology and database systems
Must have a minimum of 8 years in a leadership/ management roles
U.S. Citizenship; active Secret clearance

Salary Range: Salary Minimum: $97,500 Salary Mid: $195,000 Salary Maximum: $243,800 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
