About the Job:
As a Director, Measurement Strategy you will play an integral part in shaping how Roundel connects onsite and offsite campaigns with sales on Target s digital properties and in our physical stores. You will establish a measurement strategy and roadmap that propels Roundel as a differentiated leader in the advertising industry. You will manage key aspects of the overall measurement agenda inclusive of:
- Primary vision leader for measurement across Product suite.
- Ongoing assessment of the measurement landscape in digital advertising.
- Measurement methodology and roadmap discussions with customers and capturing feedback.
- Leadership on measurement innovation and experimentation in partnership with Product.
- Training and upskilling of customer-facing teams.
- Thought leadership and engagement with industry associations.
You will need to leverage extensive knowledge of measurement in a digital advertising context, engage with customers to review/update Roundel s current measurement roadmap, develop business cases to drive innovation and prioritize the direction of measurement. You will also advocate for measurement and ensure that it is getting the leadership and support that it needs to be industry leading. Job duties may change as the measurement agenda evolves.
About you:
- 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of digital advertising experience
- Deep expertise with measurement approaches (e.g. multi-touch attribution, incrementality, A/B testing)
- Ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence peers, key stakeholders and leaders
- Expert at working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
- Strategic mindset and bias for action with strong ability for strategic planning, defining OKRs and driving business outcomes
