As a Production Scheduler on our winning team, you will be responsible for administrative duties such as scheduling, receiving, filing and shipping. Here are the most important responsibilities you will have:

• You will use your organizational skills to ensure that all shipping & receiving paperwork is filed correctly and completed on time
• You will be responsible producing a production schedule to the plant and publishing for sales to see.
• You will be responsible for inbound truck scheduling
• Microsoft Office Suites, such as Excel, Outlook and Word, will be required for this role
• You will have other duties as assigned by leadership
  

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

• Very skilled with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Office, etc.)
• Strong Math skills are required
• SAP experience is a plus
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Takes pride in your work and has a strong attention to detail
• Very organized; can manage multiple tasks and complete in a timely manner
