Job Description
We are an electrical contractor seeking a project coordinator to support our project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team. The project coordinator is a key contact for members of the project team. Communication and follow through are key to this role.
Responsibilities include;
- managing project documents such as drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- creating and tracking transmittals
- tracking project progress
- ensuring field paperwork is submitted timely
- assisting in material procurement and tracking
Qualifications;
- reliable and consistent
- straightforward communicator
- organized and detail oriented
- experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred
