We are looking for a Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our clients.

As a Sales Representative, you will ensure that customers leave the store satisfied and you will contribute to the company’s profitability. Candidates with strong sales skills and great communication who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work the sales floor (greet and direct customers in store)

• Conduct retail sales and provide customer service

• Provide accurate sales information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate the sales process

• Cross-sell products

• Coordinate with other sales representatives and team members to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

• Inform customers about promotions, sales, and special offers

• Provide customer feedback to the retail store and district manager

• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
