UX Designer

Responsibilities include: You will be working alongside the design and product teams to create delightful customer experiences that drive measurable business impact. Designing brand-defining experiences based on user needs for a range of customer-facing products and services. This position collaborates with project teams and engineering to be the voice of the user and to define the next generation of our digital presence.

Core Areas of expertise:

• 
  Understanding digital responsiveness with a mobile-first mindset
• 
  Having an eye for detail—thought-through wireframes, U/X nuances—while understanding broad design principles and how they translate on screen
• 
  Being process-minded and organized, ability to self-manage multiple projects

Responsibilities:

• 
  Collaborating with design, product, and engineering to create best-in-class digital solutions
• 
  Showing up every day with a willingness to learn new skills and taking on unfamiliar project types
• 
  Managing assignments and direction from both design, research, and product
• 
  Deliver high-quality User Interface and User Experience Design in line with our customer and business needs across all our products and solutions
• 
  Staying flexible, solutions-oriented, and optimistic through design direction changes, feedback, and evolving requirements
• 
  Understanding critique as an inspiring part of creative development and integrating feedback into design iterations
• 
  Comfortable communicating about project ideas and campaign status via collaboration tools (Invision and Teams), presentation tools (PowerPoint) as well as live video calls
