An employer in Houston is seeking a Project Engineer. This person is responsible for the development and delivery of New Energies project(s) which includes working with the business on determining the feasibility of the opportunity, defining a competitive scope, engineering and execution planning and delivery and handover to operations. The project engineer will have cost and schedule accountability for the project including delivery aligned with project premises. The candidate will work with the business, functional engineering, commercial and technology teams as needed. This position will manage project activities during all project phases with initial focus in the front end.



This engineer will be coming in on the early phases of the projects, working with third parties, managing and coordinating purchase orders, and partnering with the project manager and front end development manager. The Project Engineer must be able to demonstrate engineering & technical leadership, collaborate, integrate, take balanced risks and commit to efficient and safe ways of delivering the project.
