Job Description We are looking to add top talent to join our strong team where our focus is providing RPO workforce solutions to our client, Intuit. The Senior HR Analyst Remote Consultant position provides Analytical support for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions' clients. In this role, you join a dedicated and collaborative team adding your methodical attention to detail and technical support to our global workforce team. What you will do in the role: Manage the Workday implementation of the Absence Module (workforce management) and gather functional requirements for system enhancements and new projects. Collaborates closely with our key partners on the end-to-end design and launch of new and improved employee experiences across system capabilities in absence benefit programs (e.g. leaves of absence, vacation time, sick time, holidays, etc.) with frequent consultation with the team manager and subject matter experts in absence and accommodations. Leverages key data and insights to identify and influence opportunities for improvement in employee experiences prioritized in the appropriate governing body. Create current state and ideal state models of system functionality and processes and perform gap analysis and create a plan to get from the current state to the future state. Work closely with the Workday consultant leads and architects to translate requirements into solutions that cater to automation and scalability. Conducts ongoing audits to ensure that LOA and time away programs are aligned with payroll and other partner expectations. Facilitate and lead testing of all functionalities with the Global Absence and Accommodations team and business stakeholders. Establishes cross-functional relationships to serve as a trusted advisor and collaborator to key partners. Appropriately escalate risks and issues to management and effectively plan, organize, and present information. Consistently applies Intuit policies and standards to situations. What you need High School Diploma or Equivalent Nice to have an Associate Degree 5+ years documenting requirements, creating process flows and mapping current and future states. 3+ years experience managing complex HR projects to successful completion. 2-3 years' experience in implementing programs for the HR team on any HRIS system Experience with Workday Preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to use a variety of approaches to collaborate with and influence functional counterparts, supplier partners, contract resources, and IT peers. Ability to work with a global perspective.
