Position Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Office Services Representative to join our growing team in Jacksonville, Florida. The Office Services Representative will be responsible for leading facility & vendor management, managing inventory and ordering supplies, planning events, and providing customer service and support for our 60 internal customers in our two locations in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic individual interested in starting an exciting career with a global company with a diverse and fast-paced work environment.


Scope of Responsibility:

  • First point of contact; answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Welcome visitors, determine the reason for their visit, and direct them accordingly.
  • Ensure clean and safe work environment through vendor and facility management.
  • Process internal requests for office or equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors or building management.
  • Manage inventory to replenish supplies throughout the offices regularly.
  • Lead event planning for corporate functions and employee events.
  • Manage conference room schedule and meeting rooms.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing courier packages.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support for internal customers as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service front desk/reception, or administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge especially in Excel and Word is required.
