Work you'll do



Senior Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. Senior Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. Key responsibilities will include identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations.




Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience implementing one or more EPM technologies


• 6 months+ relevant experience implementing either Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS, Planning, Profitability, or FCCS/ARCS


• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• 
  Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.


• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:

• An advanced degree is preferred


• Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes


• Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation


• A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines


• Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements


• Willingness to mentor junior staff


• Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries


• Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team


• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)


• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment


• Ability to collaborate with clients
  
  

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103,000 to $210,000.




You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
