MoodHealth is searching for a Ruby On Rails/SQL full stack developer to fill a permanent role as the lead developer for the company. In this role you will have full autonomy to evaluate problems and provide solutions that will improve internal business operations, client satisfaction and ensure the solutions are scalable as the company grows.
You will also provide day to day coding solutions as issues arise and ensure all third party software is integrated into MoodHealths IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in both Ruby on Rails and SQLServer environments, any experience with a third party cloud provider is a plus. Candidates should also be proficient in evaluating, testing and implementing third party software when that is the best solution.
You should be prepared to manage that vendor relationship and prepare ROI presentations for leadership to best understand your vision. Successful candidates will have experience in a start up SaaS environment that requires managing fast paced, disorganized technical requests and working with a variety of business units to reach an agreeable solution. Experience in healthcare IT including EHR, EMR and HIPPA is a plus.
