Location: This is truly a 100% work from home position but you can select to work from an office should that be of interest as well! Who we're looking for: An energetic and curious Senior Analyst to be part of our analytics department. The Senior Analytics Analyst will be an integral member of our team, developing client strategy, measurement and reporting. This person will develop data and measurement strategies to develop unique solutions to complex business problems. Typical projects include development of measurement strategy, data architecture for various audience analyses, data visualization, and presentation of insights to senior-level clients. Responsibilities: Drive ICF Next's perspective on measurement and data across the marketing space Create data and measurement strategies for clients, customized based on their data and tech stacks. Embed data and measurement best practices in client work across the firm. Consolidate research inputs and present recommendations for client's communication strategy or analytics approach. Create measurement strategy, including metrics & KPI direction, for communications and marketing clients. Synthesize and architect data from multiple sources to craft a compelling story through visualization, observations, insights and actionable recommendations. Educate business partners on best practices in measurement and consult with clients on appropriate application of analytics. Actively manage workflow, including intake, scoping and project plan, execute on deliverables within agreed upon timeframes, manage deadlines, communicate progress and make recommendations to address issues. Education and minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, business, marketing or related degree, or 4+ additional years of relevant professional experience. 3+ years of professional coding experience using Python or SQL. 3+ years of professional experience building reporting dashboards (PPT, Tableau, Google Data Studio or Power BI). Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an analytics-related role Intellectual curiosity with the ability to utilize, organize and synthesize data of various types and sources. Excellent collaboration and communication and skills. Demonstrated, strong attention to detail and quality of work delivered. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
