Description

Responsible for creating and executing all aspects of strategic, complex performance marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, tracking, optimization, analysis, reporting.
This position combines technology with strategic marketing skills.
The successful candidate should be skilled in paid media strategy, placement and marketing analytics.
Must be experienced in media planning, media buying (programmatic, paid media, SEM, etc.), working with demand side platforms (DSPs) and data management platforms (DMPs), ad ops, and data visualization (i.e.
Tableau).
Identify, research, evaluate paid media opportunities.
This person will be engaged in overseeing workflow, defining work requirements, and providing direction to agency partners; collaborating with service lines, strategy, and creative teams; ensuring client deliverables are met with brand standards.
Additional expectations include conducting competitive analysis and collaborating with a cross-functional team and assisting with other Marketing & PR projects as needed.

Qualifications
Degrees:
Bachelors Additional Qualifications:
3 years in marketing, digital, in high growth business.
Knowledge of digital advertising and 6 years industry experience a plus.
Knowledge of digital advertising and 3 years of industry experience a plus.
Prior success in integrated marketing.
Goal-oriented, able to meet multiple deadlines.
Experience in creating effective paid media and digital marketing plans.
Proficiency in search and digital ad trafficking tools.
Knowledge of CRMs and marketing automation tools (i.e.
Salesforce) to manage campaigns.
Knowledge of web and mobile app attribution technique.
Ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment, stand out as a objective and strategic thought partner.
Demonstrated client management skills as well as the ability to interact with management.
Strong communication skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Self-motivated, able to learn and teach new concepts and technologies.
Skilled in vendor management, contract negotiations.
