How you'll make a difference:
As a Senior Web Analyst, you'll provide detailed analyses, insights, and recommendations in support of Custom Ink's customer-facing products. You will collaborate with the Product, UX, Marketing, Merchandising & Engineering teams to improve site and product performance. Your work will support conversion optimization efforts, drive positive change through experimental design, and uncover opportunities to improve our website. This role will report to our Director of Data Analytics.
What you'll do:
Understand the business objectives behind requests and make recommendations to improve impact and inspire new ideas
Partner with product and merchandising teams in understanding site behaviors
Educate the business and product team on self serve web analytics opportunities to optimize impact
Proactively define areas of testing opportunity
Assist Product Managers in delivering test design documentation
Help educate the team on interpretation of results
Dive deeper into test analysis to better understand why we are obtaining observed results
Create key web metrics and funnels to monitor and support business and technology
Request analytics tags and verify correctly implemented
Leverage site data to increase the effectiveness of business channels
Collaborate with Finance/Analytics team to support an omni-channel view of the business
Stay connected to analysis for all business areas to provide support on a variety of projects as needed
Perform exploratory analysis that results in meaningful insights and recommendations for a broad range of subjects
Demonstrate strong collaboration and analytical business thinking
Bring consistency to metrics used throughout the organization

What we're looking for:
3+ years experience with ecommerce analytics
2+ years of experience interpreting A/B/n test results
Expert in Google Analytics, Excel. Strong SQL skills
Exposure to BigQuery; comfortable with leveraging R
Familiar with data layer, tagging, and web analytics implementations
Demonstrated strategic problem solver
Driver of business decisions using web data and statistical analyses
Expert in uncovering business and product goals; determine how to frame questions into analytical questions that can be answered
Experience delivering training for self-serve web analytics opportunities
Experience delivering results in different modalities (visualization, tables. etc)
Experience performing analysis on large and often incomplete data sets and translating results for consumption by business partners
Strong communication skills - Strong analysis is a great starting point, but we are also looking for someone who can help connect business partners with the summary and implications of that analysis work
Agility - ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects and work both collaboratively and autonomously at times
