We are seeking an innovative marketing leader. A strategic doer will thrive with this opportunity to promote Rosedale Technical College.


What will I do?

  • Strategize and execute all marketing initiatives, brand oversight, and public relations.
  • Promote the growth of the organization by actively pursuing opportunities for partnerships with community leaders, corporate sponsors, strategic business partners, alumni, industry/trade leaders and future student employers.
  • Create messaging for various efforts, such as scholarship and grant opportunities.
  • Assist and collaborate with staff for school events, programs, and overall visual branding.
  • Network with high schools and oversee the high school communications outreach.
  • Oversee marketing partners, analyze metrics, and perform digital and social media communication to include the Rosedale website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. for optimum engagement.


What will make you a great fit:

  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing or communication preferred, or equivalent experience that is relevant and transferable to the objectives of furthering the mission of trade school growth and impact
  • 5 to 10 years of demonstrated proficiency in business development and the implementation of key initiatives including the management and administration of marketing and branding efforts
  • Experience with various marketing tools to include email software, SEO best practices, social media optimization, content management, Google analytics, etc.
  • The ability to connect with people at all levels and build relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead media and partnership relations
  • Proven business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to translate concepts into workable solutions with successful outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to teams or group efforts through influencing others and building trust and collaborating with stakeholders including peers and other functional areas or constituencies
