Equipment Operator C - Kenn

Scope of Responsibility:

Safe operation of an overhead crane and squaring press.

Essential Duties:

• 
  Daily inspection and monitoring of operating equipment
• 
  Constant communication with Team Lead on daily tasks
• 
  Safe handling and operation within designated department
• 
  Able to read a tape measure and utilize a press
• 
  Load and unload trailers with proper technique safely
• 
  Maintaining product flow efficiency within their designated department
• 
  Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• 
  Regular and timely attendance is required
• 
  Prior experience of overhead bridge crane operation preferred
• 
  Have basic math skills and able to use basic measuring devices (i.e. tape measure and micrometers)
• 
  Ability to use manual hand tools (i.e. wrenches and clamps)
• 
  Work in a team environment
• 
  Good verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• 
  Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• 
  Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
