- Reviews disability documentation for employees to ensure compliance with Ability One Commission policies and Source America regulations
- Performs monthly audits to ensure documentation of disability meets defined requirements for all Ability One and Commercial contracts
- Works with Supervisors and Directors within Business Solutions Department to ensure employee accommodations are being provided and recorded
- Assists employees with disabilities to obtain necessary documentation
- Ensures continuous company accreditation and compliance with CARF standards
- Performs routine audits to ensure compliance with SOAR365 policies, procedures, and processes within the Business Solutions Department
- Assists with routine audits of the Supported Employment Department to include individual file requirements and compliance with RSA, Medicaid, DARS, and other funding resources requirements and regulations
- Assists the AVP of Compliance and AVP of Business Solutions to develop effective internal policies and procedures and suggests revisions when needed
- Bachelor's degree in related field (rehabilitation, special education, etc.) preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities or medical concerns required.
- Experience in compliance monitoring, program auditing or regulatory enforcement preferred.
- Experience with creating and implementing policies and processes
- Computer literate, ability to use current systems and to adapt to new technology.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and understand impact on performance.
