Recruiter (REMOTE)
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our busy talent acquisition team working primarily in the Federal Contracting space. We are looking for a candidate that has familiarity with recruiting processes and tools, and who is eager to join us to learn and grow with our team. We are headquartered in Orlando, FL with all of our team members working remotely. EVERY person on our team makes a vital contribution. Responsibilities:
- Support full life cycle recruiting efforts for multiple government contracts, and business groups within the company.
- Assist hiring managers and other team members in identifying staffing needs, position requirements and recruiting strategies.
- Create and maintain job requisitions and job listings
- Creatively use online recruiting sources, job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and direct sourcing to identify and recruit qualified candidates.
- Exercise judgement to review resumes, contact and telephone screen applicants to assess their qualifications.
- Assist candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to on boarding.
- Act as a contact point for all concerned parties during this process to include internal and external hiring managers, HR, and BD
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System and files for reporting and documentation to include SharePoint and Excel documents.
- Participation in job fairs and other recruiting activities that may require travel outside of local area.
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting is required/ experience in a federal contracting environment a plus
- Ability to work independently and as a vital team member in a high volume atmosphere
- The ability to prioritize, solve problems and provide the highest level of customer support quickly and efficiently
- Experience with online sourcing techniques and up to date on all recruiting technology a plus
- Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multi task.
- In-depth experience with the MS Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and high attention to detail.
