Requirements


Requirements


  • Strategic focus and demonstrated experience executing on strategy for revenue and growth as well as expense control.

  • 7 years of managerial experience with a proven track record of success.

  • Ability to persuade, convince, influence, and impress others to gain support and the ability to teach or foster development in others.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, judgment, and strategic planning with prudent risk taking abilities.

  • 8 years of HVAC, construction, control systems and VRF Technology.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high performance work teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Power Point, Excel and Word.




Education:

BS degree in Engineering; MBA or related MS degree preferred

This role can be based in any of our CT Carrier Enterprise locations, but will likely require a regular presence in the central Connecticut area.

Job Description


  • Strategic planning to increase market growth, enhance marketing programs, and improve profitability.

  • Build relationships within the market to assist the sales team in developing new business.

  • Direct responsibility for leadership and supervision of the Commercial sales & support team.
  • Successfully motivate and mentor Outside & Inside Sales Team Members to achieve monthly sales & performance objectives.

  • Implement overall product and market sales strategies.

  • Ability to develop sales growth plans, identify business development opportunities and manage the margins with your sales team.

  • Develop and manage delivery of on-going training and education programs for sales team.

  • Employee recruitment, development and recognition of sales professionals and support staff.
