RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers and assess their needs to provide assistance through the selection and buying process
  • Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs via a Need Analysis
  • Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits and all other rules of the road are followed
  • Test drive vehicles with customers to demonstrate industry leading features
  • Build productive trust relationships and help customers complete the sales process
  • Maintains contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Conduct thorough walk-arounds of vehicles, both trade-ins and potential purchases
  • Performs other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous car sales experience isn't required, however, previous sales experience with a proven track record is a PLUS
  • Ability to problem solve to assist in identifying customer needs
  • Steady work history and is committed to starting a new career
  • A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships
  • Comfortable working with computers and have basic math skills to work a sales deal
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be in good standing
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Previous experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred but not required
