HR Coordinator

They’re looking to add an HR Coordinator, paying $55,000 to $62,000 annually. This role starts out as a long-term temporary, and is a great “foot in the door” opportunity into a great company, and it includes a Hybrid schedule with 2 days a week working from home and 3 in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule Leave of Absence (LOA) accommodation meetings
• Follow up on status of accommodation and appropriate correspondence
• Coordinate return to work process with manager and employees.
• Coordinates with Worker's Compensations Department to effectively manage return to work issues.
• Answer questions/resolve issues related to LOA matters.
• Provide any oral and/or written correspondence to manager/employee relating to the LOA processes.
• Assist with LOA reporting and other correspondence as appropriate.
• Actively participates in other HR responsibilities as needed in support of the HR department.

Experience/Skills

• Strong coordinator (coordinating and follow up)
• Able to multi-task
• Good Organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior LOA experience preferred but not mandatory
• Works independently
• Good Judgement
• Microsoft office experience (email, word documents, some excel)
