Ann's Choice in Warminster, PA is looking for an Assistant Finance Director position. As an Assistant Finance Director you will have an opportunity to learn the operations of an Erickson Senior Living community and have potential to relocate in the future as a Finance Director in one of the existing or newly opened communities. This position is a key business partner to the Director of Finance and the Community Leadership Team. Ann's Choice is a beautiful 100-acre continuing care retirement community. We help people live better lives through a rich and vibrant company culture. How you will make an impact:
  • Provide financial and business support to the Executive Director/Director of Operations and the Community Management Team.
  • Review monthly financial performance to understand and mitigate operating variances
  • Complete monthly internal financial statements and reports for management
  • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in cooperation with department managers
  • Serve as the key point of contact for the resident billing processes including problem resolution.
  • Perform special financial analysis to highlight business opportunities/issues and recommend solutions to enhance Community performance.
  • Liaison between community and corporate departments, residents, and/or residents' families
  • Assist in the establishment of policies and procedures that ensure adequacy of internal controls.
Compensation : Commensurate with experience starting at $100000.00/year What we offer:

What you will need:
  • 4 year college degree. BS/BA in Accounting/Finance required.
  • CPA/MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years in related/similar industry with at least the last 5+ years in a management/supervisory role.
  • Would also like the flexibility of someone who may want to relocate to other areas at some point in their career. Flexible on the timing of that happening.
