Project Manager
Description:
1. Project Delivery
Ensure all assigned projects are successfully delivered to Raymond standards and exceeding customer expectations.
Leverage existing project management tools (e.g., Ajera) to:
Forecast personnel workloads and staffing requirements.
Build project timelines and associated staffing requirements.
Schedule customer meetings and milestone reviews with customers and/or Raymond team personnel.
Run profitability analysis on projects and implement strategies to achieve project financial targets.
Manage project expectations and/or personnel in the successful delivery of the project.
Identify, solicit, and manage subcontractors / subconsultants to achieve successful project delivery.
Generate and finalize all project invoices (monthly, milestone, final, etc.), to include accounting for all subconsultant fees. Work with the Finance team to ensure proper reporting, formatting, delivery, and follow-up on all invoices.
Generate and deliver all monthly status and manpower reporting to the customer as contractually required.
Plan, schedule, attend, lead, and perform follow-up for customer meetings as required. Schedule meetings proactively to identify upcoming issues, present issue resolution, and ensure proper communications between Raymond and the customer.
Lead internal project review meetings, disseminate meeting minutes, and drive follow-up on action items.
Provide all job assignments to assigned project personnel.
Project Staffing
Work with discipline directors to determine project workload requirements and suitable staffing plans.
Provide feedback on personnel performance to the discipline directors.
Update discipline directors on any changes to personnel requirements.
Customer Management
Coordinate with Business Development leads and Regional Vice Presidents on current and upcoming customer meetings.
Coordinate strategy with BD Leads and RVPs to ensure growth of the existing customer base is in conjunction with ongoing project efforts. Inform BD team of current performance, potential growth opportunities, and any ongoing issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ideal: Direct experience managing A/E projects.
- Ideal: PE. Civil preferred, but flexible.
- Could be the potential for an experienced engineer to transition to a project manager role, which is less stressful.
