Description
In this role, you will lead a team of Service Request and Expedited Quoting Advisors that are focused on pre-sales for services opportunities working with UKG products.
You will develop service strategies for the service requests and expedited quoting functions and provide input that influences business outcomes.
You will strategically position SaaS solutions and provide a clear long-term economic value for our customers.
Develop and grow key relationships with Corporate, Sales, and Service Delivery partners especially at the Director and VP level
Develop a high performing consultative team, focused on services selling
Develop new tools and processes, new packages and service offerings, implementation approaches, and new methods for positioning and selling services to clients drive these into the organization
Contribute to the improved efficiency of the sales function by participating in the development and deployment of appropriate services sales tools / templates
Partner with the UKG Sales organization and Services lines of business to pursue and close services and product opportunities
Maintain / track pipeline to include critical sales and pipeline data on teams opportunities using existing systems
Increase the overall margin and value of strategic deals through presenting and positioning creative service solutions
Ability to drive solutions and strategies that directly contribute to winning the opportunities
Drive the sales process to completion coordinating all Services resources and collateral such as proposals, SRs, SOWs, RFP responses, etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and / or equivalent experience and 7 plus years of experience in a consultative and / or pre-sales role
Strong leader, with demonstrated record of leading consulting team or practice
Strong in process development with the ability to define the best methodologies
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
Demonstrates ability to manage several opportunities concurrently
Strong working knowledge of HCM or WFM (preferably both)

Colorado and New York Pay Law
The pay range for this position in Colorado & New York is $120,200 to $172,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
